Girls, Was my girlfriends friend testing me?

My girlfriend and her friend were hanging out at her house last week. It was a pretty chill night and not too much was going on. I was laying on the couch and my girlfriend and her friend were standing over to the side of me talking. My gf’s friend was wearing a skirt that night and while they were talking she put her foot up on a chair to adjust her shoe. I glanced over and I could see up her skirt. She was like that for about 2 to 3 minutes. Did she forget I was there? Or was she testing me to see if I would look? Seems very odd.

That is not normal and not what friends do unless your girlfriend and her friend are 10 years old and childish. Speak to your girlfriend about this. Not appropriate.

Sounds pretty intentional to me. But like I said, that is not normal adult behavior.
