Guys, Is this guy serious about his relationship and is he pervert?

So I work for this doctor in a hospital. He's not married and he has no kids. He's in his 50s. He recently started having something going on with an ex worker that left the hospital. She kept harassing every doctor that came in every day because she wanted a husband. So if a doctor came in the office she would just stare at him. She also had a lot of drama with the other coworkers that she called in the office. I'm new working there so when I met him I got like a weird vibe even though he was being nice. At one point I was working on something and I finished and he's like oh you been working a lot take a break I did not say one word and he just kept staring at me over the counter while I'm not saying anything. He's taller than me so I just looked down at the medication I was working on and he was just on the other side of counter looking down at me. He finally left after a bit since I wasn't saying anything. Then at one point he was sick and one of my coworkers asked since he was out a lot oh are you feeling better? and he goes I'm still a little bit sick so don't go kissing me in the mouth? He seemed like he was looking for a reaction out of her but she didn't say anything. Then he started saying something in Spanish another day to her like hey pretty girl because my coworker is Spanish. She was surprised he knew that word and he was like I want to learn all the bad words in Spanish. This doctor knows she has a boyfriend and obviously not leaving him and she doesn't flirt back with him. I think he's a player but I'm not sure cause that girl he is messing with still lives in the same old crappy place and she doesn't live with him. Also, there was a time when he asked me what i did over the weekend and I told him and I asked what he did and he just said I went to the movies. He didn't mention he went with anyone and only said he went with his girlfriend to a woman in her 60s to 70s. Is he a pervert or am I misreading things here?
