I don't know what you're talking about. You're saying people in relationships are trying to get other people's attention by looking at them? Or as you call it a wandering eye.
That makes about as much sense as how some women say they were sexually harassed by a guy cause he looked at her.

Well just looking at others is natural everyone does it. Its not a big deal. But actively seeking others attention is a form of cheating and should be put down immediately

1. They aren't content with what they have in their partner, big tities, big booty, material stuff etc.
