Is it wrong to think your partner has anxiety or something similar?

Anonymous
I am 18 and just graduated she is 17 and has another year of school.
my partner is shy, often unwell and I haven't seen her eat in public and she said she doesn't. she gets worried over little things and sometimes seems on edge. (I am always reassuring and she hides behind me a lot)

I invited her out to dinner with my family and some mutual friends as I had just graduated her and her mum couldn't come I didn't ask why (that was 2weeks ago). she did agree to coming.

today we had planned that I could come over for the first time, I have already met her mum but she cancelled and said she wasn't feeling well.
I haven't seen her in 2 weeks since my last day and this is getting frustrating and disappointing.
I am beginning to wonder if she has a eating disorder or anxiety or something is it wrong to think that?
we still snap chat but am beginning to have doubts about what's happening in the relationship.
