Is cuddling cheating if you are in a relationship?

My friend who I've known for 7 years wants to hang out and cuddle. We are both in a relationship with different people, but wants to cuddle. I don't trust him enough to hang out anymore. He wants to cuddle while I'm in a relationship. Is it cheating? He doesn't understand that it is. I'm not planning on doing that especially when I have a line drawn of what is considered cheating in my boyfriend eyes like cuddling, kissing, and holding hands with another person.

Yes. Cuddling is initiate, and anything intimate that you do with someone other than your partner is cheating. Your friend just doesn't care - he's selfish and only cares about what he wants; he doesn't care if he hurts his girlfriend or your boyfriend. You are right to stay away from him.

Cheating is very simple to define. Any action that’s deceiving your boyfriend is cheating. So if you cuddle and he doesn’t know = cheating. If you cuddle and he knows = not cheating
