Can you help me out with a possible major decision?

Okay so kinda long story. I’ll try to keep it short and adding what I feel is the necessary details. My baby mama and I have been going on and off again for a couple years now and have been together (ish) for 4.5 years. Well I haven’t been feeling the same (love wise) as I was in the beginning and I can’t tell if it’s because I may have a crush on a co worker or because I’m not in love anymore. The girl at work is also in a relationship and has a daughter of her own. I should note that my baby mama and I have twin daughters. My coworker sometimes brings up her boyfriend but when she does it’s usually complaining of some sort. I can’t get a good read. At the beginning before we started to work with each other we would just catch each other staring and then quickly look away. I’m usually outgoing and talk to most people in the plant but I never strike up a conversation with her because of me being in a relationship and her being in one too. I noticed she talks to most people but never talked to me until we worked together (occasionally had a few minor interactions before then) while working together she tried to figure out my age (she did) she tried to guess my middle name (she got it) when I tried to guess hers I kept asking for hints but she wouldn’t give any and then said “geez all this just for a middle name” to her female friend worker. Occasionally our hands will touch and one time she pointed out, “I wonder how happy your girlfriend would be if I told her you touched my hand.” There’s a couple more examples but it’s already getting long. I can respond if needed but I’m just confused. I haven’t been feeling the same as the old times with my baby mama and don’t know if the crush is getting in the way or what and I don't know what my possible or not crush is feeling either. I’m very bad at reading people

There is only one decision to make here and that is not to start anything with a co-worker, mainly in view that you are in a relation, even if this is not the best one could imagine and hope for.

Try to keep your hormones under control. You are not a bee that needs to pollinate left and right. You have a girlfriend and two children, so concentrate on them and not on yet another girl.

Work out your domestic problems before creating new problems with another person and possibly have another kid. You are not doing anyone a favor by sleeping around just because your hormones dictate your behavior.

Take your responsibilities and work out a solution with your baby mama, even if that means that you need to seek for counseling. That is where your #1 priority lies.

Are you always against co workers? Shit I been reading those are more successful lately than just meeting someone.

Well, there are some situations where dating a co-worker might be OK. This is definitely not one of them. And she is not interested in you just because she complains about her boyfriend. You would put your job and reputation at risk by trying to mess around with her, plus her boyfriend may want to take revenge on you for messing around with his girlfriend, especially if she’s his baby mama.

First off, I’m not dumb enough to risk a job over a girl. Secondly, I’m a fighter I’m not scared of her baby daddy in the slightest (he’s got a kid with another girl along with his current one anyways and sounds like pos too both women)

It was just small things that I get confuse on.
She started taking the route that I always took to go home after work, then when we were leaving one day told me to not follow her with a smile on her face. I know I’m reading too much into it. I’ve never had feelings for any other girl while with my baby mama but the way I can almost be myself around her and how we joke and mess around at work has been messing with my brain. I’ve been trying to switch plants so I won’t be around her anymore but I keep getting denied because they want me there.

I guess I should ask, what are the signs that she is interested.
