So im a gay male and 15 , my boyfriend is also 15, He had a tanktop on showing off his large biceps which i love, we got to a small school and we both took reading class, The teacher has chairs like this (but a bit more fancy and comfy)

So at the end of class which is like 30 minutes, The teacher lets us read in these seats, So i was snuggling up to my boyfriends beefy arm and reading, The teacher made a big deal out of it saying it was "inappropriate" and i was "sexualy touching him" (is cuddling a guys arm "Sexual touching"?) So we got sent to the office and i got detention for "sexualy touching and violating a peer". Why do they think i did that?
