What shall I do to save us?

So me and my boyfriend we ve been dating for 8 months and last period was so hard we had several arguments and i ve been going through hard times with family and git myself in troubles with my friends.. He was so supportive despite it all but when things got calm.. He seems to be like always unavailable and always got things to do.. He confessed that this period made him feel cold towards me but that doesn't mean that he stopped loving me... i am really confused and upset I don't know what to do

Give him some time. He maybe experiencing some difficulties of his own. If it improves great. If it doesn't, you will at least be able to know that you gave it a try.
