Cheating is wrong. You’re breaching someone’s trust. Once the trust is broken, it can never be brought back. You cannot undo things and people need to realize this rather than do something and then regret it later. Some people don’t regret cheating on their SO and I just find it appalling.
it’s always best to communicate. Maybe they’re depressed, or stressed out or have something going on. Maybe there’s some family issues. Talking it out ALWAYS helps. Maybe if the relationship is a dead end and is not going anywhere it’s best to break it off. Better late than never. Anyone who responds to cheating is a shitty excuse for a human being. Sure, mistakes are made, but who asked them to cheat? They’re in control of their actions. If someone is thinking with their genitalia and mot with their brain, then they need to learn how to think with the latter.

Cheat is bad because its lying and breaks trust. Its not wrong to demand sex and give the ultimatum sex with you or sex with someone else but ill be having sex. Thats not cheating and thats the right thing to do no matter how it turns out.
If the 2 people are physically able to have sex but one doesn't want to anymore, the magic is over. Time to move on.

Anyone who wants to cheat will find an excuse to, and cheat. But cheating is always bad and it won't help your sex life; in the end, it will cause more problems than it could solve.
