I think I hurt my now ex boyfriend but whenever I ask him he won't answer the question he'll just say leave me alone and he's anger all the time now .how do I know if I hurt him ? what are signs .

I think what you just mentioned ARE signs that you've hurt him. If you've upset someone, it's not uncommon for them to respond with anger and for them to want you to leave them alone.

Give him some space and don't ask him if you've hurt him. If you've really done something wrong, apologize to him and then let him be. If and when he wants to talk to you again, he will.

Those are signs. He tells you to leave him alone, he's angry at you.. yeah, sounds like you hurt him.
