So I have a friend from work who is dating a guy for 3 years... We all work together and we're all pretty close but there relationship is toxic... He gets jealous when she talks to any guys, he has made her upset a number of times and they have considered breaking up multiple times but she won't listen

Is there anything I can do?

There is nothing you can do, except for talk to her. You can’t interfere with other people’s relationships. She will have to do it on her own, you can obviously talk to her and mention how upset she is and how controlling he is of her, but it’s ultimately her decision to leave.
