Hi so I’ve been with this great guy for a few months everything is well but kinda not he comes from old money wealth and is wealthy like super rich so he has literally everything and me I’m the opposite I don’t have much but I’m in medical school to be a doctor I don’t come from a rich family I have to work to buy things and right now I’m working at job getting every tip and saving up I don't know what to get him though since he has everything and I’m embarrassed if I get something simple and won’t like it he has givin me so many Gifts that I couldn’t imagine having in my life he once got a me a 15000 Chanel bag and more but I don’t know what to get I want something sentimental I was thinking of naming a star after him since we both watch stars every Saturday night on his rooftop that’s like our thing but it’s sad if he doesn’t like it I saved up enough to get a good gift I don't know what tho someone help

Since he can buy literally anything it's easy assume we wouldn't find a gift that can be impressive and affordable, but in reality with enough search you can find something he has never seen in his life.
