That said, when I was young, there was a daughter of one of my mom's boyfriends who went on a road trip with us. I was quite smitten with her. She could tell. While a couple years younger than me (16 & 14), she was quite mature for her age. She and my sister were brats teasing me remorsely. She found several reasons to visit her father and thereby me too. We became fast friends, and while we never declared each other boyfriend/girlfriend, there was a ton of subtext. Our parents broke up a couple years later and they moved away. I tried to stay connected with her, but we spoke less and less especially when she went to college.
I found out she got married several years later. And years after that, through the internet, I reached out to her. Her husband was frightfully jealous when he found out who I was, so apparently, she spoke rather highly of me, and often.

Any type of game played (including this one) is immature. If I knew this was happening I would tell her to quit testing me. I hate being tested by a girl. If there is an issue, say something.
