We always stare at each other and sometimes we pass by each other, hoping the other would say something.
What should I say the next time I see her?
Has anyone else seen an introvert-introvert couple work out long-term? How long did it last?
First of all, being introvert is not equal to being shy. Your problem is being shy (Google introvert if you want to use it correctly)
Someone does need to take a chance for a relationship to get going. I cannot tell you what exactly to say to this woman you fancy, but talk about something you are comfortable with is preferable. Like an interest of yours, best if it is something she likes as well.
I know of shy people who got together for longterm. Mostly online, though.. or some getting to know each other slowly so they had time to open up. Like being in the same group of friends.
I don’t think that’s how introversion works! Introverted people are quiet an shy around their own families, it’s an outside dealing with strangers type of thing, as I understand it. But as always, I could be wrong.

I don’t think that’s how introversion works! Introverted people are NOT quiet an shy around their own families. Introversion is an issue dealing with strangers, outside once introverts know you and are no longer afraid to interact with you, they usually open up, as I understand it. Therefore, if you WERE introverted, dating someone else who was introverted the two of you would get along likely better (especially in the beginning) than non-introverted people, because you are already comfortable with each other. But as always, I could be wrong.
Check PM 😊
My wife and I are both introverts and it's working out wonderfully.
