I think my boyfriend is cheating on me?

Long story short, was convinced he was cheating on me through his phone but had no proper proof.. I have bpd so blamed my insecurities on that

However, tonight I was trying to sleep/nearly asleep and got woken up by the sound of my boyfriends alarm going off with vibration.. I quickly asked why is your alarm going off at 2am as he was on his phone anyways and he denied it and said I must have heard it because I was just about to fall asleep and was like why would I have an alarm set for that time

I'm worried now as I'm thinking he has an alarm set so he can wake up for a certain time to do stuff online with people who live in a different country

Am I being crazy/what do you think?

What happens after you have the proof. What should his behavior be towards you when he said he wants you and doesn’t want to break up the ball is in your court is what I was told.

Once you have the proof, it shouldn't matter. You should end the relationship. Once a cheater always a cheater
