Without arguments is it likely a relationship will flourish and progress?

If you're 5-6 months in your relationship and neither of you had any major argument (no yelling matches nor anyone feeling unheard) nor unwanted drama then is likely that relationship will flourish and progress?
Is that how a relationship that's likely to progress than get stuck or end in a break-up looks like?

Note: Both families (the woman's and man's parents) like the partner since day 1. They approve the relationship.
Secondly the woman isn't the nagging type either and finds yelling in a relationship and throwing insults very rude.

Neither of them like it when couples insult one another. Just like her, he finds that also rude and disrespectful. A discussion needs to be solved and should never lead to an out-of control argument with yelling matches.

I hate to say it, but controlled arguments and fights are needed in my opinion. I usually consider arguments in a relationship like a fire in the forest. It is needed to burn away the dead and unhelpful flora, in a relationship a fight helps clear the air and allows the couple to work out their unspoken annoyances. Obviously, an argument, just like a hot fire, could result in complete destruction of the ecosystem, but never arguing could be just as dangerous to a relationship.

In comparing to my relationship with my first boyfriend, it was like walking on eggshells to me. If I said one thing he didn't agree (ex: tell him how I don't feel good when he pressures too much), did something the wrong way (ex: not making his tamales with lard but instead with vegatable oil... he made me do it again), didn't remember a very specific detail about him (ex: forgetting why does he goes to 2 bus stop sometimes and the exact timing) different or disagree on anything overall, he was already yelling and threatening to break-up, forcing me to listen to him. It felt like walking on eggshells and in the end, I tried to keep the peace just so he doesn't get upset again.

Your first boyfriend sounds like a real dickhead, pardon my words. I would say try your hardest to avoid allowing that toxic relationship impact your current relationship.

Arguments/disagreements are totally normal and to be expected but fighting is not. You seem to have the same style in terms of conflict resolution (neither of you likes throwing insults, yelling, etc) but you can only really see how the two of you deal with actual conflict/disagreements later on in the relationship after you pass the honeymoon phase. 5-6 months is still pretty early on and there really isn’t much of arguing going on typically bc you’re still in the honeymoon phase.

In comparing to my last relationship, he used to start yelling matches for minor, trivial things such as forgetting what his favorite soup is, not doing his tamales with lard but with vegetable oil, only pouring 1/2 of a lemon into my lemon tea, not cooking creative dishes, telling him I don't believe in bibles, etc. Or if I disagree on something with a threatening tone of voice he would say ''What did you say'' and just so he doesn't get upset again, I forced myself to say ''nothing''. It felt like walking on eggshell on my last relationship. Anyone badly said, done or if I didn't remember a specific detail about him it was enough to set him off into yelling.

Note: I rarely ever started the yelling. It was him 95% of the times. I didn't want an argument at all. I wanted peace.

I have peace in this relationship and he accepts me for being agnostic and not into bibles.

Wow he got issues… I’m glad you managed to get out of that relationship though. My boyfriend has been acting the same way lately and I called him out on it, thankfully he realized what he’s been doing wrong and is willing to change. But if you feel like that you had to walk on eggshells around your boyfriend that’s a major no no. I hope things will work out just fine with your new relationship though, things seem to be looking good so far!

yeah in the end, my total rage upon finding out he never intended to marry me nor have kids (he lied about wanting it) and scamming me with over $1,200 he didn't pay me back was enough. So basically I had to listen to him and do things his way while he was faking the whole relationship with me, manipulating me like a puppet and not giving me what I wanted... it was all about himself. A LIAR.
I feel great in this relationship.

The reason I said no is because you can't strengthen or trust your partner if you haven't been through hard or rough times.
This might not make sense but to be honest I can't put it in words. Some people might understand others will not. But that's all I can say.

Absence of negative doesn't make for positive. Arguments are a useless waste of time, energy and emotions, as they never improve anything. Unfortunately, there are also people who get in a rut and don't care enough to speak up about anything. Always look at the total package rather than single attributes (no matter how attractive those attributes might be).

Being able to dealing with conflict is important for a relationship to be longterm, but no need for yelling or being rude to one another for that.
