In love with someone else while in relationship?

I’m genuinely not sure what to do…I’ve been dating a guy for nearly a year, and I care about him so so so much. But I think I’m in love with someone else… I’ve tried to stop myself of having these feelings but it’s really hard, it feels so natural 😕 And I feel soooo guilty because I genuinely care about my boyfriend so much. I’m not sure if I should just keep sticking it out hoping that these feelings for the other guy will fade, or if I should leave and possibly someday pursue it…I feel so horrible I don't know any advice would help

Even if your feelings faded for him (which they probably won't), the memory of him won't, and you'll probably think about him lots. If something is coming so naturally like this, that's not something to ignore. It's bad for your boyfriend, but the sooner you end that the better if you really think you're in love with this other guy. How did you meet this other guy for feelings to even be possible to develop? And lets say you stuck it out and feelings faded (again, they won't, but let's say), the fact that this even happened, tells me your boyfriend, no matter how much you care about him, isn't for you. So best to let him go right? Let him find someone that is into him 100%. And that's not to make you feel bad, it's best for BOTH of you I think.

Well…it’s really fucked up because I met him through my boyfriend…it’s one of his friends :(

You need to work out if there is a future with the other person, if it is actually love or a huge crush, attraction.

if there is then you need to break up with your boyfriend, if you want to go for this other person

you cannot have both and you cannot just keep it going on and on.

If you love another guy you shouldn’t be with anyone but that person or get over the feelings while your alone before you are with someone, it sucks to be with someone that doesn’t really love you as much as you deserve.

Your gut instinct is usually right. If you think you have feelings for someone else you need to test it out otherwise you’ll regret being in your current relationship. After that if you feel you need to move on and break up , then do that. Loveless relationships don’t help anyone
