Should I leave my boyfriend for this?

My boyfriend and I took a 2 month break (his decision) during that time he moved out and stayed with his brother. I found out that he started dealing with his ex (mother of his child) during that time. he stopped dealing with her and said he only did it because she was threatening to keep him away from his child (which she did after he broke things off with her) he moved back in and we have been trying to repair our relationship ever since. he gave me his phone password searched his phone the last thing I went on was his notes he had one note that said "2022 goal get a place start a family and get married" he wrote this while we was not together we already have a place but his ex Dont I feel like the note was about her and not me. We always talked about starting a family one day and getting married and then I see that note In his phone that's for his ex would I be wrong to end things with him?

If he was trying to be with his ex, he wouldn't have gotten back with you.
I think you're trying to prepare yourself for something that you believe is going to happen. But your making assumptions, the only thing you have is a note (which was most likely to himself), and the knowledge that at the time he wrote it the two of you weren't together but have since tried to get back together to reconcile. Rather than speculating it would be in your best interest to just talk to him just ask him because otherwise you're just in your head making stuff up.
But that's going to be pointless if you've already decided what what that note means and why he wrote it and who he was talking about. If you want to know the only person who can tell you is him but again that will be pointless if you've already decided what all of it means and you're not going to take anything that he tells you as being the truth or the fact that he's like back with you as being at all significant.
