I am confused and stuck with this guy please help me with what to do next?

We're talkin for almost 1 yr we're more than friends but not in relationship. From almost a month he started to ignore my txts or the memes I sent him. Many time he was active on insta and didn't answer me the whole day. When I text him how u doin... he just ignores it for the whole day and sends a reel to me. And the next day he asks me how u doin. It's very confusing and tiring for me now. I've confronted him about everything for like 3 times... and still he keeps doin even worst things to me. It feels like as if we only talk when he wants to not when I want it too.

Please help me... I'm not really able to describe everything that's goin on with me... but this is how much I can summarize for u guys. It's really disturbing my mental health.

I've wrote him a whole 3 page letter and later that jight we discussed about it too... but all he did was to lie to me... and I knew that he was lying. So I don't go further cause obviously everything he said was just a sugar coated lie

I also think the same and stopped texting him but he still texts me heyy and good morning randomly. But when I do the same he ignores me. I literally don't do anything from my side unless he texts me then we have a good chat... but then also mid chat suddenly he ignores me for like whole day

Yaa you are right... few days before only I got to know that he was trying to contact a girl. She is her old friend and mine too. And I told him about it but he didn't give me a proper answer for that.
