Why does he follow pages online and post things about divine feminine and masculinity. I’m still kind of confused on the subject. I know there’s communities and people who teach about it but what does it mean?
He is probably embracing some new age spiritual cult. Most of the new age spirituality shades have the sexual polarity in common and actually they resemble the very traditional religions they pretend to fight against and to offer an alternative to, under this aspect.
He might have got a friend or an ex girlfriend who convinced him of these philosophies. Usually they are harmless, unless following these things means spending money and time on it, or a detachment from the reality for the sake of following those new dogmas strictly.
Because these cults mirror the traditional gender roles (but just add "art" to it, with philosophy and creative allegories), the risk could be in how his spiritual rules could restrict your real personality and nature, making you adhere to his philosophy and dismissing you if you don't reflect what the "divine femininity" is supposed to be, or something. I'm not saying he will, but if he is a strong believer, he might.
All it says to me is that this guy has a need for spirituality, a guidance, something that tells him what is the right and the wrong, but not as mainstream and outdated as the traditional religions. This is for me a dealbreaker as I am completely the opposite of what a spiritual person is, but anyway, if his spiritual beliefs are just casual and he doesn't really apply them in his life, well you can totally keep dating him I guess. He might be just fascinated by those concepts but doesn't believe "for real" in that, afterall, or not strictly anyway.
You should open the spiritual topic with him, at some point, to check where he stands...

You should ask him. Some of the extremists are a bit much for me. He might be doing research for something random. You won’t know unless you ask.
To me that would be a massive red flag. Best case, he might be kind of a hippy free love kind of guy who believes in gendered energies and that sort of thing, which is silly but harmless.
Worst case, he has some strong preconceptions about masculinity and femininity that he expects from himself and others.
I don't have experience with it, but those two groups tend to encompass all of the ones who sound a bit like that.
It sounds like someone who sees women as a God.
