10 days without her contacting me?

There is this woman who was chasing me for 7 months. She is a beautiful woman, and a very lovely person, but I am in a relationship right now. Never happened something sexual between me and her, but she confessed me her feelings, then I finally told her that I have a girlfriend, and that despite I am not very satisfied in my relationship I don't want to be unfaithful. She kept contacting me twice per week or something, once telling me that she is unable to forget me and move on. I've never initiated conversation, she was always the one who contacted me. Last week she asked me to hang out and I told her that if I don't plan something else, I would meet her. She contacted me again to confirm. I told her that I certainly made some plans, so I wouldn't see her. And then she disappeared. She has liked some of my instagram posts, but she hasn't texted me. It's the first time she goes so long without contacting me and I've started missing her.. What can I do?
