Girls, Ladies - Would you reply to a guy who did this?

I’ve been seeing a guy for 3 months. I mentioned my feelings yesterday saying how I don’t appreciate something. Long story short he keeps saying he likes me and loves me yet he sees me once a month? I said this to him and he completely ignored what I said and just said ‘Good morning baby’ At 4am when I sent it at 2. Do I respond to him considering he completely didn’t reply to what I said? I literally sent him saying how I’d like to see him and how it’s been 3 weeks and you don’t go that long without seeing someone you ‘love’ and he completely read it and just said good morning baby? Am I over reacting? He completely ignored my feelings? I sent about 7 sentences? Do I just ignore him until he puts in the effort.
