Does that makes me a bad person if I'm out of feelings for my online friend? How can I tell him this?

I met someone online. He's been a good support in my tough times in this one year. I developed feelings ( it's not love and he knows that) for him during this period and i told him that. He too have a little crush on me.

Now I don't feel the same for him anymore. How can I tell this to him? Or should I tell him this? I feel guilty for giving him hopes but i can't control my feelings. He's not at the best phase of his life and i want to be there for him but don't know if disclosing this news is a good idea or not.

No it does not make you a bad person if your feelings change. This happens to all people in one form or another and it will happen throughout life.

The best thing to do in all these situations is be gently honest. Sometimes, our feelings go from a lustful type love to a brotherly or sisterly love based in friendship.

People say “I love you, you are my everything “ as well as, “you’re my best friend, I love our friendship” etc.

Treat as you want to be treated. Be honest.
