Are we having an emotional affair?

So we're both married and I've known since some time now that he's been unhappy with his marriage I was told by our mutual friend that some time ago when I didn't even know him and had no interest in him whatsoever

Whatever that has happened between us was completely organic..

He keeps making excuses to see me again and again and spends a lot of time with me asking me personal questions about my likes, dislikes, what I do in my free time, my hobbies, about where I live, what I've studied where I've studied etc.

He keeps laughing and smiling all the time when he's with me

There's a lot of sexual tension between us and he keeps finding excuses to touch me and the touches are lingering and sensual in nature

He's even insinuated once that he wants to have sex with me

He keeps staring at me a lot even when I'm not looking

He gets jealous when I talk about my friendship with other guys

He takes my calls privately

He never mentions his wife when he's with me
