Should I just leave or double text him?

For a background story, we're in long distance relationship. And our communication has not been the best for the past weeks, but the upcoming story was one of the things.. So last week, my boyfriend was out with his friends and he didn't reply to me for a day. Usually, he would let me know if he got back from a night out no matter how late it was. I texted him again to ask if he was okay then he finally replied by saying he left his phone at the bar after a crazy night out, which I thought it was weird but I didn't make a big deal out of it. He apologized, but I told him how I really felt for the past weeks. I was not mad or anything. I just felt like he needed to know about our whole situation and I just wanted to address it. He just left me on read and haven't replied to me ever since. It's been almost a week. If he wanted a time-out, I would give him the space but we didn't fight. I just don't understand why he would just ghost me. Should I double text or just leave him?
