My ex use to to say I was a Narcissist and that I Gas Lighted her when we had arguments. The crazy thing was when I looked up Narcissistic traits and Gas Lighting it mainly pointed at her? Have you ever had someone call you a Narcissist or Gas Lighter when really it was them that had those traits?

Yes. It is actually quite common for narcissist's to call you what they are, in an effort to make you feel silly calling them the same thing. Further gaslighting is one of the primary tactics of a Narcissist, because their goal is to break your spirit, which allows them free reign, because you are too mentally exhausted to combat them any further.

Kind of. Yeah most the people who call people narcissistic are actually toxic narcissists themselves and are actually just mad because they're not able to control the other person. Don't worry about it dude. You're free now. But she is still inside that warped little world, and will just do it to the next guy.

My ex was a narcissist and was constantly gaslighting me. He cheated on me but tried to convince me it wasn't cheating. He would mess up or make a mistake that left me hurt and somehow I would end up apologizing. He would try and deflect what he did and somehow made it about me. You're probably right here by saying she was the narcissist.

Exactly what my ex did to me , somehow someway she turned everything around and blamed me for everything leaving me with a constant question mark over
My head thinking what in the hell did I really do? but some how some way she got me to say sorry for shit I didn’t even know what the hell i was sorry for , until I realized I was the only one saying sorry , little did she know , I have a damn good memory and when I started piecing things all together It was like wait a second , you are the piece of shit liar , And i realized she was doing it to cover her own tracks , so I started to play along with it so she wouldn’t think I was on her tail , giving myself plenty of time to play investigator , to find out she was meeting a co worker at a hotel , I busted her red handed and called her a selfish Whore and ended it with her right then and there , she was balling her eyes out cuz she knew she was a piece of shit
