I’m worried a coworker will share my secrets?

I work with two guys constantly and became close to both of them. I slept with one of them (a lot and pretty currently) and I told the other about it but told him not to tell. At the time he seemed super trustworthy but recently his entire attitude towards me changed and I’m worried he’s going to tell the other one that he knows we slept together which will ruin my relationship with the other one. I’m aware I messed up big time but how do I cope with this anxiety and what should I do if the worst case scenario happens (they both hate me and tell everyone else I work with) I love my job and really don’t want to quit over this hypothetical but potential situation

Are you an to dispose of/eliminate any evidence of your affair? If one of them decides to spill the beans, if they don't have any record or electronic trail that implicates you, then it would be their word against yours.

I guess I never realized that there isn’t any evidence of me telling anyone so I can fight against that at least a bit. People have joked about me and the one I’m with getting together before so it wouldn’t be to out of place for someone to just outright say it I guess

Yes seems pretty shitty because I had a female co worker I started to fall in love with like this. But she started giving me the cold treatment even after I continued to try and help her no matter what I would always try and be the first to help her. I felt an instant connection to her but. As soon as my male co worker said he slept with her. It just made me mentally worse and I started self sabotaging more. I eventually left because one day she came in dressed very beautifully. With wavy hair and black glasses and at that moment I couldn’t stay there anymore because it was bringing me down knowing I couldn’t do nu. And I couldn’t even talk to her or nun because she didn’t even try to communicate with me anymore. Honestly I would just quit an not get with co workers anymore all it does it bring drama.
