The thing is... he is bad for my phsyche. He is on his way destroying me and it hurts me a lot lately, but I'm more hurt for him.
I know he is struggling with this disorder and it actually makes me feel physical pain that he is in this position. The problem is he doesn't realize he is a narcissist. But he is struggling, I can feel it.
I don't know what to do, I want him to be okay and happy, but he is not.
Is there any way to help him?

If he is a real narcist then there is nothing you can do to help him period!!
True narcissist only Live for themselves. They lack empathie and therefore they aren't capable to care for the things that you trully need. Everything they will do is purely to benefit themselves, they dont care about your needs
Its a sad thing but there is nothing you can do to change that! So protect yourself because he ain't gonna do it for you!
Forget that clown and focus on doing what's right for you.
but you'll still date him for another 8 months
