The guy I’m dating gets mad if I don’t text him first? What is his problem?

I text him everyday we be taking turns texting and I be thinking he at work because he doesn’t tell me what time he gets off. He’ll text me goodmorning sometimes and I’ll text him back. Then he told me he don’t chase women. Then he got mad because I didn’t want to come over his house late night but no date during the day. What’s the issue?

I don't think that whoever texts first really matters. Also I'm not a fan of having long conversations through text or texting all day. In the end what matters is the flow of the conversation and if the message was well received.

I’m not going to text him no more. Conversation is 2 ways. It’s childish it don’t matter who text first or not as long as that person texting back. Then he’ll say he been trying to see me a whole week. I text him this whole week and he always says he at work. He never tells me when he gets off or plan anything. The only reason he is mad because I told him I’m not going over his house late at night.
