DOES she actually like me or Just the Validation and attention I provide?

Okay hey everyone. I'm really confused about this Female I'm Seeing. We've been talking for at least 7 months now ( I work abroad and come home every other month). She's a virgin and in her last year of college. We text ALOOTT and she really funny, goofy and just has all the qualities you'd want as a man.

The thing is I'm lost. She would flirt and then when I flirt back she'll sometimes Cut it off or send me a cute sticker or the Black moon face emoji ( whatever that means). One instance is when she was complaining that she has to walk up this tiring hill and doesn't want to because she's tired of working out, and I said as a joke "Don't make come over there with a whip", then she said "Come over then, whip me" with a moon face.

Then I proceeded to flirt back and topic changed. She will say sometimes how much she hates her flat chest, small booty etc... literally she doesn't like anything about her body and I will do my best to compliment her and change her mind.

She has very cute cheek dimples and Long afro hair. Like come on!! When we talk about sex, sometimes she starts it and then says she's not ready and her favorite line is "Who knows, it could be you". Same as the picture I posted here. I was worried when she goes to university she'll find someone new and I expressed thoughts with it, i didn't want her to fall in love with someone else but me.

I told her I must be overthinking and she says yea I am, then says she's not ready for love thennnn as usual says "Who knows it might be you" as in she'll fall in love with me!! YES I KNOW THIS IS CONFUSING!! I am confused too!! WHAT TO DO?
