Dang, that really sucks. Breakups are never easy.
A few things to keep in mind:
- You guys were broken up, so technically you didn't do anything wrong by kissing someone else. It's not like you cheated.
- He's probably still hurt from the breakup, so finding that out brought back those feelings even if you were broken up at the time. Give him space to process.
- Continuing to apologize excessively probably won't help and may push him further away. You said your piece, now let it be.
- As hard as it is, you need to start moving on too. Dwelling on how much he hates you isn't healthy. Focus on yourself and your friends for support.
- In time, if he's meant to come back around he will. But for now you just have to accept where you're at. Doesn't mean you lost him forever.
Stay strong luv. Breakups suck but you'll get through it. Hit the gym, play video games - do what you need to keep your mind off it for now. It'll get better, I promise!
Why do you feel bad? You had broken up with him and found someone else that you liked... and kissed. Nothing wrong with that. He is the one acting childish. You can try to get him to change, or let him go... again. Your choice, not his.

it's his issue, so he has to get over it, not you, so it sounds like you will be back on the open market again very soon.
Walk away. He obviously no longer sees you or holds you in the same regard as a dating option. Give him space and he might come around eventually and contact you.
