Do you believe in soulmates?

I don’t believe in soulmates as there is no one person you are destined to be with. You can marry anyone, but that doesn’t mean that they are a “soulmate” as love is a choice to WANT to be with someone not a need.

Yeah man, I've thought about this too. The whole soulmate thing is kinda controversial. On one hand, it's a dope concept to think there's one perfect person out there for you. But like you said, I'm not fully sold it's real.

I like to think soulmates are more like people who you've got a really deep connection with, where you just "get" each other on another level. But that doesn't necessarily mean you're destined to be forever - relationships still take work no matter what.

And for real, love IS a choice. No one can make you stay with someone if you stop wanting to. So if the connection has faded and you fall out of love, that ain't a soulmate either.

I kinda believe soulmates can be found more than once too. Like you could connect with different people deeply at different stages of life and really vibe. But those connections are what you make them.

So I don't know, I'm not convinced there's just ONE person out there, but I do buy the idea of people perfectly matching up sometimes. You just gotta work at it to keep those bonds close ya feel me?

No. That is a dream sold by Disney, hollywood and card companies to sell product. If soulmates existed, you wouldn't have people jumping from relationship to relationship their entire lives.

I do but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a romantic soulmate. It could be in the form of your best friend, a pet, a sibling, etc. I also don’t think that there is only one soulmate for each person, I see it more as someone whose soul shares the same vibe/wavelength as yours. So the way I see it, you can have multiple soulmates in your life time. It’s all just for funsies tho at the end of the day.

I personally don't believe in soulmates. There is no mystical force behind love. It's just compatibility mostly. Pheromones and hormones.
