My ex boyfriend had messaged me and deleted it. Have no idea what it was. Should I just block him?

He was rude to me in the last meeting. He even had told that I was emotionally manipulating him and was yawning the whole time he was talking with me. It's been a month since this incident. I never called or messaged him again. But he now he messaged and deleted. And I don't know what to do. It's make me anxious even to see his no. Pop up in my whatsapp.

Ask him what he said. There is no telling. Maybe he sent something out of anger and regretted it. Maybe he sent something and was embarrassed by it. There is a lot of things ir could be.

Since you posted this like four minutes ago, I am assuming you’re likely fighting the urge to message him something like “…?” Or “what did you write?” But I would say just DONT DO IT. I feel like he’s probably just trying to get your attention, he wants you to text him and say something and then he probably won’t respond or he’ll be like “nothing lol” like a dummy. Just don’t say anything, it’s likely he will probably text you in the coming days when he realizes that you’re not going to respond to his stupidity

It's been a week since he did that
I didn't give much attention to that in the beginning but it's bothering me now.
I've had experienced panic attacks since the breakup so thought its better to block him
