Guy asking this, is it okay to call other girls pretty even though I have a girlfriend?

So obviously I love my girlfriend very dearly, but I do find some other women pretty. Is it fine to call another girl pretty? In front of my girlfriend / when she is not present. Also for like actresses / other girls on TV/pictures.
