Yes it can be. The truth can come out when you are drunk but you also have to remember girls make out with each other when drunk but not when sober (lots of times parties and stuff). So people do stuff but saying you love someone when drunk it can be the person is too drunk and they are being nice or the truth has come out because too shy to say it when sober.
