We live two-three counties apart and we takes turn visiting each other. I live with my sister in a two bedroom apt so he prefers to come down and my city has better restaurants/ent.

Yeah, that's good to do to get his balls to fill up, but the reason he's pissed is you're all tease and no please then. I'm sure he'd be fine if you got him off. For a guy the teasing is great to create a massive build up, but then you have to release the pressure or it becomes unpleasant, and the benefits don't carry over to the next day, so you basically wasted what could've been a great orgasm.
