How close are we? The signs are wars, rumors of war, earthquakes, and a eye on Israel. Israel has 5 red heifers. That are spotless, virgin, and they can bring back Israel to sacrifices. Which is purity. I hear yesterday Israel one year away from the 3rd Temple. This is needed for the Antichrist will come to this Temple and sit down claiming all authority. When he does that what starts the end days. Sudden destruction. The 7 years of Tribulations starts then.

So you think a few wars starting up in the single most peaceful era of human history is a sign of the end times? It'd take a LOT more than that.

Israel is NOT "one year away" from building the Third Temple; they CAN'T rebuild the Temple, because it would have to be blessed by the rabbinic line directly descended from Moses, and that no longer exists in mainstream Judaism. The SAMARITAN line still exists, but the Israeli government would sooner acknowledge *MANICHEAN* religious authority than Samaritan, so that's not going to happen. Also, the Dome of the Rock is in the way, and I think the Islamic world just MIGHT have something to say about that being knocked down to make the necessary room.

However, that's ultimately secondary. Tell me, please, where this supposed "Antichrist" comes from. ... Um, you do realize that Israel is a DEMOCRACY, right? And that almost a fifth of the country is Muslim? And that Jews with a modicum of historical awareness are going to be AGAINST destroying another faith's holy places purely to sate their own egocentrism?
