MGTOW is freedom and peace?

i discovered MGTOW (men going their own way) and it seems to bring freedom and peace to men.
i learned, that MGTOW rejects the silly expectations of society and just do their own thing. and if i don't have a girlfriend then it's nothing. Like really, nothing weird or unusual about that. Some Men even envied me, that i never had a girlfriend.

when i realized, that relationships or having had a girlfriend at least once even if just short term aren't a requirement in order to be happy or accepted, i felt big relief, inner peace and freedom. Like those shackles, that never existed were unlocked and my body got released into the world. But unlike MGTOW i got dirty looks from some people. I don't know in what kind of bubble they are living in. now, that i set foot into the world as it is, i feel like a new, free man chasing his happiness.

What could be better?

While I agree that there is a social expectation of genders, both men and women that is unhealthy for everyone to live by, what you are doing is also pretty damn stupid.

You are intentionally cutting yourself off from women who have the very same problem that you claim to have and set them up as opposition.. for some reason.

I mean there is no winning for you here.. you are just throwing the gender politics version of a hissyfit.

You're the first to tell me, that chasing happiness is pretty damn stupid. I'm not sure you quite know, what you are talking about.

... You do realize that everyone chases their happiness right? The thing with MGTOW however is that its a movement with a cause and that cause its stupid. If that makes you happy then good for you I guess but it does not singlehandedly redeem your whole movement.

That cause is the aim of having our own interest and maintaining sovereignty without approvals of anybody. In other words it's the stop sign at being a people pleaser and being a minion to society and their moronic expectations. How is that stupid?

MGTOW believes there is a systematic and deliberate discrimination attack against men and favoring women. Not only is this just victim mentality but the supposed solution by MGTOW is to establish "self-ownership" which not only is not a solution to the supposed problem but also an Anarchist philosophy. You also needlessly choose to become enemies with groups that dont really care about what you do and got nothing against you because they are supposedly part of this massive conspiracy against men.

It is a pathetic movement that has often been compared with cults for the way it deludes its members.
