Such as a drunk women who comes on to and has sex with a sober man, or a woman who later says she didn't want to have sex with a guy but said and did nothing to indicate that at the time. The law in in some states now requires a man get affirmative consent from a women prior to sex, but a woman has no legal responsibility to indicate to the man that she doesn't want to have sex.
The fact is that the law today tries to put all the responsibility on men when it comes to questionable communication during sex, and men are held responsible for their choices and actions regardless of of whether they have been drinking whereas women are not.
Men are responsible, yes. If you notice someone is very drunk, you shouldn't have sex with this person. The main problem with rape is how underreported it is.
Women should be held equally responsible under the law, and today they are not. In anything sexually related women are viewed as helpless victims, and men as perpetrators, by default. Women are held to a much lower standard than men, and that is wrong and needs to change.
Underreporting is indeed a big problem, and that is true of both rape and false rape accusations. The fact is false rape accusations are far more common that most people recognize because in the vast majority of cases of false rape accusations the accusations are never proven to be false. Proving an accusation is false is far more difficult than proving a rape occurred, and law enforcement does not have the time, resources or motivation to follow up on 99% of false rape accusations even when they are confident the accusations were false. As a result, it is rare that a false accuser is charged, and the vast majority of false accusations never make it into the reportable statistics because they are never proven to be false.
So while I agree with you that rapes are underreported, and that it is a significant problem, it also concerns me that so few people are aware of the scope of the problem of false rape accusations and how unnderreported they are as well.
I also have a problem with the fact that when a rape charge is dropped due to lack of evidence, the popular assumption is that another guilty rapist got off the hook when in fact in many of those cases it was the accuser who got off the hook. As my sister-in-law, who is a detective, told me, when there is a lack of evidence in a rape case, it is often because there was never a rape in the first place.
I've heard stories during the rawandan genocide of fathers being forced to rape their daughters at gun point or they would both be executed. Tell me how would react to such a scenario.
Ya if the guy is really horny and can't control himself he might not be thinking straight. Like how guys feel guilty or uninterested in sex right after they finish. I've had guys call their cum "poison" before, like it alters their mind or something.

True rape cannot be justified, but there are things that are called "rape" today that are forgivable.
Such as?

You cannot justify theft of something that valuable no. You may be able to justify theft of an apple, but not use of a person’s sexual organs

Well if you look at war, women are usually the ones who get the shorter end of the stick.
My boyfriend sometimes rape me and I think that's justified. Very justified!
What the hell?
Lol.. I like it.. never mind.
You have some serious issues then.
Not really. Ever heard of s/m? Dom vs sub?
As a matter of fact, I have lol. If you're into it, it's not rape, by definition.
Well that's true of course
Then your answer is irrelevant and offensive.
I don't think it's true you're being too sensitive
No, I'm just pragmatic. You're delusional.
I'm sycregenious
You're just sick.
Actually I do have a bit of a cold
Your brain is sick.
No my brain is just fine. U r just held back by social norms. I'm free
You're deeply disturbed. You may have been brainwashed or something even worse. Whatever...
Lol ok I'll get my brain checked out
Good. Now stop trolling.
Only when a female does it to a man,,, with a broom handle,,, and no vaseline...
In that case would they charge the broom handle?
How can this justify rape?
@IlluminatiExposed /Yes, totally, but knowing America, this broom handle (simular to trump) will likely become president someday!
So? What's your point?
If woman leads a guy on and then changed her mind while he was in her then he really didn't rape her but she could say he did.
If she changes her mind and says : "no", then he has to stop.
There’s a reason why we say “no means no”.
That would be giving women more rights than men.
No it wouldn’t. “No means no” can be used by men as well.
@Agape93 You can say yes baby yes, do me, then as he is coming inside her , say no. You don't understand how penises work then.
Yeah, that literally made zero sense lol
This is BS and doesn't make any sense. If one regrets the sex after it happened, this is sad but it's not rape...
He rarely ever makes sense. He’s a troll.
@Agape93 She is talking to you spell lady , she is agreeing with me
No, I was talking to YOU 888theGreat dumbass lol.
You women don't know how a penis works , you wish you had one to pee , but you don't have one.
Lmao fail again. See? He’s just a troll.
@Agape93 Then why do you respond on all my questions and opinions?
Because I enjoy it. And to be fair, you also comment on my stuff too lol
No. Absolutely never.
Yeah when pedophiles get raped in prison.
Ya if the guy is really horny and can't control himself he might not be thinking straight. Like how guys feel guilty or uninterested in sex right after they finish. I've had guys call their cum "poison" before, like it alters their mind or something.
My cum is delicious and nutritious.
You mean men are unable to control themselves? We all know it's not true lol.
Nonsense, anon. You seem to think that guys can’t control themselves, as if they’re less than animals. I call bullshit.
Now we know who voted yes 🤦
probably a guy and a rapist saying this wouldn't surprise me
Wouldn’t be surprised. Disgusting
Absolutely not, and neither can theft
Not sure if it will ever be justified
Only in fantasies :)
Rape is never justifiable. It is a major evil.
Fuck No
Absolutely not.
No what the fuck
I can't see how
Definitely not
Is this even a question.
Saddly, yes.
