If you are wearing revealing clothes, it doesn't mean you want to get raped. It's easier to bait the attacker, but it's still the attacker who is here to blame.
I used to go to a lot of bars/pubs but I never saw a woman dressed like that. Regardless of that, rape is rape unless you know different.
