Why do so many people say they want a independent for President when they didn't support Trump when he has been the most Independent President ever?

Trump has maybe been the only Independent President we ever had. He clashed with Republicans and Democrats. His first year in office he fought with Republicans more than Democrats. He only ran as a Republican because we have a two party system. He was a Democrat longer or as long as he has been a Republican. He is really not even a true Christian. He was critical of both individual Republicans and Democrats. The only reason Republicans didn't vote to impeach him was because they feared it would end their political careers. He was anti establishment. Establishment is both Republicans and Democrats. Trump changed and took over the base of the Republican Party. He was change , real change that everyone said they wanted in Washington DC.

The bottom line is you will only see party line Presidents after Trump. A third party candidate will never be President in a two party system. Quit dreaming of it. I believe more than a two party system today will lead to civil war. 1/3rd can't tell other 2/3rd what to do. That would be like Iraq and they are constantly having civil wars.

They can't be satisfied with anyone

Ron Paul was pretty Independent when he ran and had no support and failed to go anywhere. Of course he can't even raise his voice. You must go after both sides and be aggressive.

But that is not true at all. Trump has spent decades palling around with the elite. He is in the Freemasons just like all the other presidents. The truth is no true independent will ever become president because the elections are fake. These elite assholes select the president. We do not elect him.
