Do they not know that nine men Sat on the Supreme Court in 1973 and approved Roe V. Wade.
I guess that in 1973 those same nine men should not have handed down a verdict in the case due to the fact they had a penis.
As I said in another opinion I wrote that the father of the child should be asked to the doctor appointment when the woman is talking to her doctor about terminating the pregnancy. Then you would have a say so about it maybe. I don't know if that would work, but the men can ask to be in the room.
I guess if I were a man and wanted to express my rights as the father to the child I would file a lawsuit against her.
How come we never hear from any of the doctors that perform these abortions? Strange...🤔
If a woman wants an abortion, she’ll get one, regardless of who votes what or who gives their say or not.
7 Justices voted in favor of Rowe. Two voted against it
Warren E. Burger (Chief Justice)
William O. Douglas ·
William J. Brennan Jr.
Potter Stewart
Thurgood Marshall
Lewis F. Powell Jr.
Harry Blackmun
I guess if a woman is accused of murdering a man, only men should be on the jury because only men would understand what it's like for a man to be killed by a woman.

Your point is a straw man, Billy, as it seems most of your points usually are. The whole purpose of the decision was to allow women access to a safe and legal abortion if THEY DECIDE they want one! It doesn't matter that it was men, or women who decided this. What's happening now is that men are deciding that women no longer have that right on the Federal level.
Abortion was never a Federal issue. It belongs to the States!!!
Abortion, along with multitudes of other issues, were never one or the other. Issues at the state level often BECOME a Federal issue if the prevailing state laws are seen as unconstitutional, unjust or unfair. So if you're trying to cite the Tenth Amendment, that argument has been rebuffed time and again. Many rights that we accept today are not listed in the Constitution, for example, laws about housing such as The Fair Housing Act. No state can enact its own laws that contradict Federal Law, in theory, although that gets done too and the Feds don't enforce it.
So your argument that "abortion" in and of itself has "always been a States issue", simply because it's not mentioned in the Constitution, is untrue. If some candidates were to have their way, their states would ban ALL abortions for any reason, which in essence FORCES a woman to give birth under any circumstances, and THAT would be a disaster.
Men should not have a say in removing the rights of women, I guess. Though it is kind of a weird argument. It's better to just point out that they should have rights but that doesn't sway most people for some reason..
They may possibly realize it, but it doesn't roll off the tongue as easily. Liberals aren't able to understand reality.
Right, and those men decided that men should not have a say in a woman's abortion.
The difference I think is that they “gave” a right instead of removing it
I'll give you this one you have a 15 foot set of Braas Ones On You, I suggest that you bring a Difiberlator. LMFAO
Being the 70s it’s surprising they made a right decision.
And the irony the majority of them were conservatives. Go figure. 🤷♂️
Roe V Wade was based on a lie. Overturning it just corrects the record.
Dude don’t bother. The Left is immune to logic.
Here come the screaming in the sky cries
