Men and Women, if you guys and girls can become your very own homeowners which sort of property would you prefer to be the owner of?

Myself I probably wouldn't mind owning the apartment complex so I can have my own space and rent out the others apartments to make some great money. But what about you ladies and gentlemen?

A House: Probably the most standard of home ownership, you get to control your own house and land that is connected with the house.

A Condominium: If you purchase a residence known as a condo, you will be a partial owner with the communal property that has anything to do with the condo.

An RV: This is a house on the wheels if you own your own motorhome or RV you will have full ownership on your own house that you can obviously take with you on the road.

A Duplex: Basically this is two houses of the same kind known as a twin home. So while you can have your own house another person can live in the other house or make the other house however you want considering unlike purchasing one single home, you are the owner of two houses for the price of one.

An Apartment Complex: Unlike others who simply rent one of the apartments in the community you on the other hand can literally own the entire apartment community with your very own apartment complex. You get to have your space and get to possibly be the renter to others and not the person having to pay rent money.

Of course you can make money by also renting out to others with all of these choices not just with the duplex or the apartments but guys and girls if you can become your own house owner which piece of property would you prefer to become the owner of?

Lastly I’d deal with internet problems by having my own towers installed and leasing them to cellphone providers for cheap so they can expand their network while also reap the benefit of having a tower close to my home


All in all I’d argue that’s paradise


also before anyone mentions spiders and snakes and other things like that I just want you to know that I grew up with spiders and snakes and all that other stuff my entire life and I actually quite enjoy living near those kinds of things so it wouldn’t be an issue for me I have tons of spiders in my home and I leave them alone because I like having them there

I have different reason to arrange it but of course I am not invested for this of course I hope live in where I buy but afraid that I can't look after it. I see it but heard it is difficult to get out. I get used to go out for meals everyday. So it is complex for me or I think ways perhaps look for some ways to live meaningfully in it but now just difficult in reality. I mean you live in it you get tired to clean it instead. and for different and some conditions. so choose this kind of building.

I choose a house in a rural area.

I love my place.
Over 21 years ago, my wife and I were looking for a house on between 1 and 5 acres so that we could grow veggies and maybe have some chickens.

We happened across 30 beautiful acres of unimproved oak grassland on a west-facing hill. It was gorgeous.

We built a driveway 3/5 of the way up the hill (4/10 of a mile long) and cut a large house pad. We put in a septic system, a grid-tied solar-voltaic system, a propane tank, a 1600 sq ft, manufactured but customized house, and a two story, 2.5 car, steel garage. We put in a well that pumps from the bottom of the hill into a 2500 gal storage tank that gravity feeds all of our water from the hillside above.

We live in a neighborhood but our house is not visible to them.

I LOVE living in this rural area, surrounded by nature. We grow herbs, veggies and have a small orchard. Deer walk in our yard and there are lots of other wild animals (no bear or mountain lion) and birds, including turkey and quail.

Our view is awesome, and the sunsets are amazing.

We have a mechanic, gas station, mini-mart and post office very nearby. The closest towns are 20-25 min away, and big cities are no more than an hour.

The monthly payments on our fixed-rate mortgage are less than it could cost to rent an apartment. And we have equity. We don't have to worry about landlords, neighbors, or rent increases.

We can do whatever we want to our house and yard because we own it.

Do you have any idea how much an apartment complex costs and then the Business costs for Staff? Even a duplex is 700,000. A house 4/2 across street from major university with 4800.00 month rent sold for 3.1 million.

First buy needles on the ground, guns shots during daylight, whores on the side streets, and pit bull mandatory to live there 3 bedroom unit-live and fix... get roommate and pay off in 5 years. Do same again... when you get to 30 then you may consider purchasing a tiny commercial or residential facility... :-)

So have owned three houses, all just sold.
I currently own a Condo and trailer.
I would not mind getting a duplex at some point.
No Apartments Complex are a pain to manage and up keep with over head is costly, and renters will tear the place up... unless you sell them like condo and run the HOA.

The problem (s) with renting is you don't always get the rent, tenants can be a nightmare, they can destroy your property and you might have to make repairs with money you don't have. There's a good reason so many landlords are burnt out assholes. If it wasn't my only source of income I would do it

@FinalFantasyBro Most of the time I use public transportation and once in a blue moon family takes me. I'm able to walk well but have poor balance and miss falling. Trying to lose weight to improve disabilities weigh 260 lbs.

A house is the only type of property where I live. My county has laws preventing hotels, duplexes, apartments, condominiums, anything that is not privately owned by a single person. You can't rent out anything here either. My dad has to get a grant by the county if he's keeping our 5th wheel in our driveway or on the street for longer than 3 days in a row.
