Do you have trouble admitting you're wrong?

I know a few people who, even though it is obvious that they are wrong about the subject of discussion, will never admit it.

I know people who have different responses to avoid admitting they are wrong, including anger, guilting the person they are talking to, walking away, or digging a very deep hole.

Do you have trouble with admitting you are wrong? Is this something you recognise in yourself but can't do anything about? What is preventing you and does it cause problems in your relationship or work?

Or, do you know someone with this problem and have you tried to help them?
