Here I thought Trump was bad at making deals, but Biden takes making bad deals too a whole new level. I don't care what fellow Democrats think, Biden needs to be impeached ASAP, it's completely unacceptable to be releasing a high profile war criminal in exchange for the release of a NBA star who legitimately broke Russia's drug laws. Why go through all the trouble of releasing a war criminal for one persons drug offense, when a non risky pardon could have freed thousands of minor, non violent drug offenders at home.

He was released in a prisoner exchange. You have to argue that releasing Viktor is worse than freeing an American citizen and this is without going into speculations on what else was part of that deal since plenty of shady things can shift hands under the table.

Point is, America will go to great lengths to protects its citizens abroad so this is pretty much just expected. I also have to say that using nicknames like this is childish kindergarten stuff and has no real correlation with how actually dangerous he is or for that matter, how much of an eye the US secret service will have on him from now on since he got caught.

For all we know, Viktor might even be working as an US informant right now.

No. It was not treason, it was not bribery, and it was not a crime of ANY kind, high or otherwise. It WAS a poor decision, and very likely purely politically motivated, but it doesn't meet the criteria for impeachment.

Joe Biden is not lacking in offenses that WOULD count as treason, but this is not one of them.
