Today is March 20, International Day of Happiness! So, please share below the things that make you happy in life! :) For instance mine is being with my family and my pets.

For starters, having the International Day of Happiness on a Monday is a result of poor planning and a poor market research. They nearly scheduled it for the Monday where we were all sleep deprived from losing an hour of the weekend from the time change. This would’ve been a double-whammy but it seems almost too coincidental like when someone nearly hits you with a car. If they picked the most miserable Monday possible to have this holiday, it makes me question their motives and wonder if they did this on purpose to make the most number of miserable people feel guilty for not being happy on the worst day possible. I think they call this kind of thing gaslighting.

Following on from that, there is of course our two amazing, loving and supportive families:

Me: My Mother, Father, My Two Elder Sisters, Two Brother In Laws and My Five Adorable Nephews.

Husband: His Mother, Father, Sister and her Fiancé.

Quite simply life couldn't be any more happy and complete.

Oh there are many things.

My family (some of them), my friends - a quiet morning with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise, cuddling down with a book or one of my hobbies, walking out and seeing the wonders of nature, when a kid at my work has a success - no joke, I got happy that a kid cut is own bun this morning without much whining.

Overall I am a very happy and positive person for many reasons, good friends, great family, have always believed what doesn't kill you makes you stronger and wiser. I never stress over petty things where life isn't perfect. Being diagnosed with cancer last year by accident I stayed on top of my options and after a successful surgery I have been cancer free for almost a year. To conclude life is too short and people should live everyday like its their last. Happy International Day Of Happiness GAG

I'm in more Better moods , especially this year. Been more active, learning new fighting style. I love to learn. So overall I'm more happy these days. I write in my gratitude journal daily. Friends, family, roof over my head, food, clothes , car, sports equipment etc, do much to be happy about. But I do wish I finally found the one my love.
