Do you have to prove yourself for jobs requiring diversity?

If job prefers hiring hispanic and you look enough the part, do you have to prove your "hispanicness"?

What about blackness or native American. How do you prove your are black if you are mixed?

If the job requires you to be white or chinese, have you had to prove that?

"We like you, pending confirmation you are at least 1/2 Chinese, we will make an offer"!
"We like you, pending confirmation you are at least 1/2 Chinese, we will make an offer"!

P. S. I think this kinda stuff is disgusting for the majority of jobs and offensive and wrong. But that's our whacky country of using race/sex/age to justify discrimination. Go figure.

"Im sorry Jaquila, we see you are skilled and shaded, but you just arent "black enough" to meet the standard."
"I'm sorry Jaquila, we see you are skilled and shaded, but you just aren't "black enough" to meet the standard."
"Frankletta, I believe you when you say you are trans, well just need to have some pics to confirm and you are on my board!"
