My mom and dad are tracking my location, please help?

So my mom has my gmail account logged in, in her mobile.

My family is so damn conservative and narrow minded and wouldn't let me go out anywhere.

So yesterday I went to my friend's house for a party about which I lied to my parents that I had extra classes in college. Later I came home late. So they suspected me and somehow found where all I went that day using my gmail account activity.

She has also asked me not to switch off my location and mobile data.

She said that if I turn it off, it will be shown as missing activity and that she'll confirm that I've gone out somewhere.

She also said that if I'm not going it anywhere without their knowledge, I wouldn't turn them off.

Is there any app or any technique with which I can manipulate my location to my parents.
I really need privacy.

A few questions: do you live in a progressive area, do you have people you can stay with, and do you trust your local law enforcement?

Suggested actions:
- find a local women's shelter or youth shelter.
- under the guise of volunteering near there (try to hide that you're doing this, your parents will not like this), ask if they can help victims of non-physical parental abuse.
- explain your situation, provide evidence (screen shots, transcripts, etc)
- prepare for the worst, hope for the best.

Also, move out and go No Contact for at least six months to a year. Make yourself known to local law enforcement as a good kid. Your parents sound like the type to lose their chill if you move out.

Above all else: be safe, keep your sense of self, and know you are right. You have EVERY right to privacy.

This is absurd behavior from your parents considering you're 18+.

However, if you're still living under their roof, there may not a whole lot you can do without a fight and possibly being kicked out. I think the best thing you can do is try to get out of there ASAP.

Is there anything you've done to violate your parents' trust that would lead them to feel the need to do something like this? Not that it's not still a bit ridiculous, but if this is the case, maybe you can resolve the issue by trying to earn back their trust.

@an0nymouz That's pretty strange and controlling to me. Is the late 20's girl by any chance mentally disabled? The only case of something like this I've known of that I could think of involved a girl with mental disabilities that caused her to behave more like a child, and she was not responsible or "with it" enough to hold down a job or take care of herself on her own.

If that is the case. is this mother fair? This girl does have some issues. I don't think she is mentally unstable tho. She can't walk, she is not permanently disabled. Since she can't do a job and can't look after herself right now, her mother is taking care of her. Can her mother invade her privacy because of it? This mother not only has access to her emails, she has access to everything. Because of that reason, even the other party who talks with her daughter, doesn't have any privacy.

first off, who is paying for this phone?

if your parents are paying for it, give the phone back to them, get a job, and get your own phone. if they own and pay for the phone, its their phone, you're just being allowed to use it. (sorry not my words, this is what the judge will say to you)

if you're paid for this phone and pay to keep it connected, backup your data/pics you want saved, export your contact list, and then wipe the phone back to factory default, that should cure it.

if you own it, there should be no reason to sneak around.

Yes. You can use any GPS location spoofer app to circumvent this. You need to enable dev mode and enable the app there tho. Easy peasy.
