i drive to work at 6 in the morning, i doubt anyone would be up that early protesting. but if so i'd just turn around and go home and call in a remote work day.

i would continue driving slowly, giving them ample time to move out the way. if they don't move out the way, i assume they agree to being driven over.

A long as they were being peaceful and not damaging my vehicle. Which I would consider as a threat to me. I would probably turn around. Unless there was a medical reason to get through. Then there would be people getting hurt!
