when I send him pics of me he calls me gorgeous and beautiful and said he bets I looked stunning for valentines day. he randomly found me on facebook and messaged me on messanger so we've exchanged numbers over text and have been talking.. he knows that I'm not single anymore and have a boyfriend. Do you guys think that he's flirting? What is he trying to do? Why did he just randomly come back after 9 months.

Why did you exchange numbers though when you are in a relationship now?
He wants things to flourish between you and him which is why he found you and is tryna impress you.
Perhaps he didn't expect you to be in a relation and if you weren't he'd have made the next move.
